I don't need soccer or basketball jerseys, what do I do?
Right now, soccer and basketball jerseys are the only items that can be customized on our website. If you need jerseys for another sport, please complete our Project Start Form. We create jerseys for all sports, but some sports require design help from our team. Once your form is complete, a member of our team will be in contact.
CAN I ORDER JUST 1 JERSEY?
Yes! We support single-unit orders for basketball and soccer jerseys. Quantity discounts begin at orders of 5 or more.
CAN I GET HELP WITH MY DESIGN IF I ONLY PLAN TO ORDER 1 JERSEY?
Yes. Our design team is always here to help you with any design concept. To get help, please complete our Start a Project Form to be paired with one of our designers.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?
Custom orders delivery 4-5 weeks after the order is placed. For order updates, please contact support@jerseybird.co.
WILL I RECIEVE A MOCK-UP CONFIRMATION BEFORE MY DESIGN IS MANUFACTURED?
Yes. Our team will send a mock-up confirmation email before putting your design into production. If anything needs to be fixed, let us know and we will make the necessary adjustments. If we do not receive a response in 48 hours, we will move forward with production.
